Size of the TCP send buffer.

Maximum number of pending connections for passive instances.

Connection timeout in seconds.

Number of data retransmission attempts.

§fin_timeout: u32

FIN timeout in seconds.

TIME_WAIT timeout in seconds.

Number of keep-alive probes.
